California woman dies in motorcycle accident

When some people hear about motorcycle accidents in California, they may assume that the driver of the motorcycle was driving too fast or disobeying other traffic laws. In reality, however, many motorcycle accidents occur because of the negligent actions of other drivers. When this happens, the driver and passengers on the motorcycle may face serious injury or death.

A 25-year-old woman is dead and her 24-year-old fiancé is in the hospital after a tragic motorcycle accident in California. The fatal accident occurred after the man proposed to his girlfriend; they were on their way to share the exciting news with friends when their motorcycle was struck by an alleged drunk driver. This man now faces medical bills and a life without his bride-to-be due to the negligent actions of another driver.

According to reports, a 68-year-old man crashed his Lexus into the motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle is now suffering from two broken legs. His fiancé was riding on the back of the motorcycle at the time of the crash. It is suspected that the driver of the Lexus was drinking and driving. He was arrested for driving under the influence causing injury but was released from jail after posting $100,000 bail.

Motorcycle accident victims have the right to speak with an attorney. If you have been injured in an automobile accident, you may be entitle to compensation for your medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages. You do not have to suffer in silence. A personal injury attorney may be of assistance in this area.
