California motorcycle rider's injuries persist

We've said many times that the most frequent excuse that motorists give when involved in an accident with a motorcycle is that they did not see the motorcycle approaching. This occurs at intersections and on expressways when drivers are changing lanes. Often, the driver of a vehicle simply cuts the motorcycle off.

One Californian motorcycle rider was badly injured when a motor vehicle turned right in front of him. The driver of a car made a left turn in front of him, and the motorcycle rider was then left in critical condition with a broken neck, skull and ribs fractured as a result of the motorcycle accident. Both of his lungs also collapsed.

Since that time, the family has been dependent upon relatives and friends for their survival. Though the motorcycle rider's condition has improved, the rider also received brain injury as a result of the accident. The prognosis for brain injuries is always difficult to predict.

Experienced personal injury attorneys are accustomed to assisting individuals that are badly in need of assistance. These attorneys can assist individuals in being reimbursed for medical expenses, wage losses, pain and suffering and other expenses.

The motorcycle rider was the sole provider for a family of six. Currently, the family has no health insurance. Whatever resources the family may have, it is almost impossible to be able to financially sustain a blow such as this.

Surviving financially is just one reason why injured individuals and family members may require the services of an attorney.
